Sospes Promotes Jon Monnette to Vice President of Customer Success
Boulder, Colorado – Sospes is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Monnette to the role of Vice President of Customer Success. This promotion reflects the importance and growth of the company’s dedication to helping customers achieve their operational goals beginning with their initial consultation, through the implementation and into the value realization phases.
Jonathan initially started with Sospes as a marketing intern while a student at the University of Colorado, returning after graduation to a full-time role in digital marketing. He moved to a Customer Care role in 2018, where he has managed the development of our team that has successfully on-boarded and supports a wide variety of customers, from small local enterprises to large multi-national organizations.
