The new Sospes module helps managers easily keep required worker certifications and credentials up to date and allows workers to access their credentials in a digital folder on any smartphone or tablet.
The Sospes certification management product allows organizations to customize, assign and manage certifications for all employees from a simple web portal. Employees can easily access their credentials with photos of original certificates from the field using their smart devices. Managers and employees are automatically alerted when certifications are nearing expiration or must be updated.
