go.sospes update (01/06/2018)
About the update
Selecting OSHA establishments
We’ve now given you more flexibility when it comes to regulatory reporting. Prior to this update, your company was automatically set to be your OSHA establishment. No longer! With this update, you now have the ability to create multiple OSHA establishments by selecting or combining your facilities. Your OSHA 300 and 300a will automatically roll up based on your selection.
Contact your Sospes account manager for help setting up your OSHA establishments.
Facilities get a GPS location
For users who are using the Sospes Analytics Package this update brings even more accuracy to your charts. Each facility can be assigned a GPS location which will be reflected in your dashboards. Sospes uses the facility location when mobile GPS coordinates are not available which makes your maps more complete.
How to set GPS locations for a facility:
- Get the latitude and longitude points using a mapping software like Google Maps or Apple Maps and entering a facility’s address.
- Go to the admin screen while logged into Go.Sospes.com
- Select Manage Facilties
- Click Edit button for the specific facility.
- Paste your latitude and longitude points in the text box next to GPS Location using the following format latitude, longitude (ex. 38.840871, -105.042260)
- Click save!
New fields added to reports
We’ve added new options to help users to more accurately describe close calls and incidents. A few examples are: Distracted by device, Over-time work and more!
